SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE

Packages are shipped with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method , as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Delivery is made by our partners MONDIAL RELAY, a tracking number is sent to you as soon as the order is shipped. To track the delivery of your package, a link is sent to you by e-mail with your tracking information.

Allow 5 to 7 days for MONDIAL RELAY to be received

Cost of shipping

Shipping costs are free from 90€ of purchase for a parcel to France IN POINT RELAIS.

  • EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

When you want to make a return or exchange, it is essential to inform our YS ARABIA customer service, via the contact us tab or by email: ys.arabiapro@gmail.com

● Indicate your name and order number in your email

Any item on promotion, the MINI PRICE category or on sale is neither returned nor exchanged

● Shipping costs are not refunded, returns are your responsibility

● Items must be returned in their original packaging (any product without packaging, worn, without label or with signs of wear will not be returned or exchanged)

● Cosmetic products, mist, burkini, musk etc. are neither returned nor exchanged for reasons of hygiene.

● Accessories (hats / under hijabs / gloves / masks etc.) are neither returned nor exchanged.

● The products must be returned to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the item(s). Return costs are not covered. Any return not reported in advance will be automatically refused. Any item on promotion is neither returned nor exchanged. We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

● HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

You can return the item(s) that did not fit to us within 14 days. To do this, please contact us from the “contact” tab or by email at ys.arabiapro@gmail.com , indicating your order number for faster processing.

● HOW TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

● HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER A RETURN?

After acceptance of the return by email and receipt of the package. We will check the condition of the items in question and we will refund you in the form of credit used on the site. The response time is 48 hours to 72 hours.

● HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

You can, at any time, access the history and status of your orders in the My account, My orders section. If you have not created a customer account during your purchase, you have the possibility to track your package directly by e-mail, a link will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.
